I have successfully sent our 2550M for April 2016 thru eBIRForms v5.0. Just worrying because after I sent it, I didn't receive email notification from BIR. Is there anyone here who has the same problem?
No one will be able to help you except the developers. After some searching, I've seen that this is a governmental application used in Finances department. Luckily, they have a contact email that can be used. They are the only ones who can provide status information related to your documents.
