Is CCleaner good for Windows 10? Does it have any negative effect on Windows 10?

Yes, the software is good for Windows 10. I've been using it since it was launched many many years ago. However, the software works best with an add-on called CCEnhancer. The add-on is used to populate the Programs are with additional entries. It's more effective this way.
