I can't delete or move pics in PicasaTools.
No one around here is responsible for the application. We're just a community helping each other. You should address to the official developer in order to obtain additional information. They are the only ones who can offer support for their applications.
Luckily, the developers have a contact email where they can be reached in case of issues. I strongly recommend contacting them in order to find out more.
