Import of MP4-file to DVD Creator

Question

I can play the MP4 file with both Windows Media Player and VLC Media Player, but I don't understand how to do this from your manual: once you see playing back what you want to import into the project, click on the arrow button below the view to include it into the Clips list. You are asked to name the Clip before it is added to the list.

What the tutorial is saying is that after you have imported the files, to add them to the project, you will have to click the white arrow under the frame to add them to the timelime. You can use the image below to learn how to do it properly.
