Cutlist Plus license agreement.

Question

I am a hobbyist woodworker and I am considering purchasing Cutlist Plus, but I do not understand how the license agreement works. Is the fee a one time cost or is it limited for only a period of time? Can I use it on more than one computer (I own two homes each with its own system)? What are the Windows software requirements? Given I do not sell anything and there for have no need for labor cost etc which version you recommend?

The only system requirements posted on the official websites are the following: Windows 7, 8 and 10. Both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. The developers recommended that Gold edition is most suitable for all kinds of businesses and based on the available data, the payment is listed as being one time without annual fees.
