Based on my experience, any application that is used to generate invoices is using a template. Therefore, you will have to look in your application's Help database how to modify a template. Once the template has been modified to your needs, the next time you will generate an invoice voucher, it will have the dimensions you modified.
This is also different from application to application, therefore look closely in the Help or contact the developers of that application.
