The software doesn't have a download link. I've looked for the official website, but it appear it's missing. In this case, it's impossible to say if you can open old files with Axum. From what it appears, MathSoft doesn't exist anymore and Axum is discontinued which means that even if it supports those files, you won't have the possibility to download the main application.
