OHIP appears in Practice Perfect, but there are no instructions available or something to use regarding the upload/download procedure. Since this is a module already embedded into the Practice Perfect, I recommend checking the built-in Help guides and information as well. If you still can't find anything, contact the developers using their online contact form to ask for directions. I am sure that you might be missing something related to the whole upload/download procedure.
