What is IOTHiddenMenu?

What is the purpose of this app? Is it possible that someone else has installed this app (i.e. spyware)?

The IOTHiddenMenu is a menu where you can perform various diagnostics on your phone. The application is found only on Samsung devices and it should be used with maximum care or you'll brick your device, because there are some options on that menu that have the capability of modifying system items and partitions. Leave it be or uninstall it from the phone.

I checked various websites and it doesn't appear as spyware or something related.

this is type of spy ware download all my apps and you will be shocked at all the apps running in background
