Once an email has been sent, there is no way to get it back. Only Gmail features this option, but it's implemented only on their servers and only through their web interface. It's called UNDO and cancels the sending of email. The process is available when the function is activate in Google Labs. IncrediMail doesn't have such features which means your email has reached its destination a long time ago if the email address was correct.
