It's impossible to say if the product is compatible with Windows 10 or not, because the website where all the information (drivers, tools, user guides) is available, displays an error. It appears their hosting expired or the entire website/business is not available anymore.
Try disabling Driver Enforcement and then install the old drivers and connect the device. Windows 10 might provide a driver for your device.
Disable Driver Enforcement: go to Start > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press option 7 > Restart.
