The application doesn't appear to be available anymore. I checked the official website, but it lists just one video and some text. No info on how to contact the developers or something related. After additional searching, I've come to the conclusion that De Novo CaseMgr is a discontinued application, therefore compatibility with Windows 10 doesn't actually exist. Don't upgrade to Windows 10 because it's likely possible that you will lose the software and its functionality.
