OneNote does exactly what its name suggests to: it takes notes, audio clippings, captures, web clippings, notes, commentaries and shares them multiple collaborators. It can be great for designers because one element can be shared among all users without the need to send something to each one. They can all interact and add their opinions. This has been a very successfull product for Microsoft since it keeps it updated and maintained with their latest Office packages.
