Problem while typing in APS Designer 4.0.

Question

I am using APS Designer 4.0 in Vista/Window-7 or XP 32 bit and work with Shree lipi font. When I am in WordPad it works properly. But If I use it in MS word 2007 or Page Maker 6.5 all Hindi words are typed properly but when I want to use inverted coma ( " ") which is generally found with Shift + 6 letter the inverted comma is now shown and there are two dots instead (..).

This is a problem with the applications and the ISO mode supported. Theoretically, each document has a different encoding. You will have to change encoding which resembles that font and the characters will be displayed normally. You can use the Microsoft support page to see what is the correct encoding format for your font.

I am facing the issue of character of "अ" which is not get type through any key or key combination. what is the solution please.
