YouTube is now using HTML5, which means Adobe Flash Player is out of the question. Regardless of the browser installed in your computer, remove it or upgrade it to the latest version and then access YouTube again.
Although it's not necessary, install the Adobe Flash Player package as well: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
