What is error 100 that keeps appearing any time I try to play YouTube?

Your Internet is slow or YouTube is blocked in your country. You should use VPN or speed up your Internet sevice.

Since there is no actual fix for the error, I recommend using the manual way to fix the problem. Go to App Drawer > Settings > Application manager > All. Scroll down until you see YouTube and then tap on Uninstall Updates, Clear Data and Clear Cache. Reboot the phone and then use YouTube again. Additionally, switch the data connection to another network and it should work.
