I installed the application and loaded a PDF file that contains an image, selected the image, then clicked the Image button. As output, I preferred the PNG format and adjusted the slider to maximum. The output image was saved exactly as it was. If you enlarge it, then quality will decrease, even if that slider is at 100 %. Any modification in terms of image resizing using a resolution higher than original one will result in image quality loss.
