Connection failed.

I was prompted to update the password, so after it was updated, I am now getting a "Connection failed name and User cannot be authenticated."

Since issues with username and passwords can't be fixed locally, I recommend getting in touch with the system administrator that handles your application or contact the developers directly. If the username and password is stored on their servers, then they should provide a fix for this issue.
