First, I would recommend installing an anti-malware application to scan your device. Since that is a package available in Android, go to Play Store and search for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Install it and then scan your phone. If the software installed is bad, Malwarebytes will take care of it.
Secondly, go to Settings , Security > Device Manager and disable all the applications that you don't need. Additionally, go back and go to Applications > All tab. Locate the package, tap on it and then disable it or uninstall it completely.
