Updating the Fujikura FSM-60S Fusion Splicer.

I was able to download a manual for the software the file name is fsmdc-manual-eng_compress. I also found the data connection software for the 70 series on the Fujikura Europe website although thus far I have not been able to get it to connect to the 60S I am working on.
