I'm in the user end software program. I'm trying to print a schedule. How do I do that?

Since there is no other information, the printing should be available via File > Print. If there is no such function, try pressing CTRL + P, and the Printing window should open if it's supported. Alternatively, you can save the schedule to a known format that can be opened in Windows or save it as an image, and then you can use the standard printing features available in your operating system.
