These fingerprint devices and drivers are primary used on Windows PCs. You can't just use a fingerprint sensor on your mobile device unless that mobile is already equipped with one (eg. iPhone 6, HTC Max, etc).
This driver is installed on Windows PCs and compatible only with Windows PCs and works with devices attached to PC.
