This is a very old product that doesn't have support anymore, or at least I didn't find the correct website of the developers.
However, if the software doesn't run on Windows 10, you can install another version of Windows (that you know it works) through virtualization.
For example, VirtualBox, allows you to install Windows XP, 7, Vista.
Note: You need original installation discs in order to achieve this
