According to the software developers, Weather Link is now an unsupported application. They said that you can use the product but it won't receive any updates as the service is migrating towards mobile phones and online cloud services.
I've also searched their website for information related to compatibility but didn't find anything available. Get in touch with developers to ask them about compatibility with Windows 10.
