I have checked and that appears to be a module embedded into the software. I have also installed it on an Android emulator, but didn't find a way to remove it which means it's not possible. However, if you are a Prime customers, then I recommend contacting the developer, maybe he is willing to provide instructions on how to get rid of the S Tool Box folder.
