No, the software is not listed as being compatible with Windows 10. I have checked the official website, and the only listed operating systems compatible with this application are Windows XP and Windows 7.
On Windows 10, you can run it in Compatibility Mode. Right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows (7 or XP) and then launch it again.
