The software hasn't been updated since 2008 which means it has compatibility issues on newer versions of Windows. In some cases, apps work normally even if they are not updated to support newer Windows versions, but this one is problematic. I have downloaded and installed the version from its official website, but I encountered the same errors. The software doesn't start properly.
