My Image Garden is a file organizer tool, which means the libraries with photos are located on the hard disk and not inside the software. You can check the libraries with your photos using the tree menu on the left. When you click a folder that contains images, My Image Garden will display them.
You can simply uninstall My Image Garden and your images will remain where they are. If you want to take extra steps, move the folders with the images to another place.
