Maximum tabs reached on phone.

When I try to go to website on my Samsung Galaxy A3, I am receiving the following error message: "Limit reached. Can't open a new window until you close one". I have closed all tabs but it still displaying the same message. I have rebooted and have deleted all files but still saying the same thing.

Even if you reboot the phone, some apps will remain in the state they were when you initiated the reboot. Press the Menu button for a few seconds and then swipe all the apps. Launch the Browser/Internet and load a website once again. If it gives you the same error, go to Settings > Applications > All > Browser. Tap on it and then tap on Clear data & Clear Cache. This operation should restore the functionality of your browser.
