Remote WhatsApp.

I have been added by some maniac guy as his client on Remote WhatsApp apps by Google Play Store. So now he can read all of my WhatsApp conversation. How can I remove myself from being his client ever again and how can I assure that he is no longer spying on my account through that apps?

Go to Settings > Security > Device Manager. Uncheck and uninstall everything you see there. Once uninstalled, go to Applications and disable and uninstall everything you see about WhatsApp. This will remove the applications and the data.

After this procededure, launch Play Store and search for BitDefender or Malwareytes. Install one or the other and scan your phone. When the malware is found, tap to remove it.
