Is there a useful document scanner application?

I am looking for a useful document scanner for Android that I can install on my mobile phone. I hope it can extract text within the document for me. And I can edit it, just like taking some notes on it, and share it with my friend. I search for it on Google Play, but there are lots of scanner apps. I do not know which one is better.

There are plenty applications available for what you need. It's enough to search document OCR on the Play Store and the results will appear immediately. As a recommendation, you can use Mobile OCR because it allows you to scan and edit the documents on the go.
