How can I reinstall Dell Webcam Central on my computer?

Question

I had to reformat my Dell Studio 1749 and upon booting it back to life I noticed I was missing my Dell Webcam Central. I tried downloading it from this site. When I opened the setup, it displayed a notice saying that it was not installed.

I tried looking through Dell's Support sites, but the only answer I found led me to a link for a driver that was "currently unavailable".

I am a little out of my depth here and would appreciate any help. Thanks!

I fear that that is a common response as the same thing happened to me too. I don't know what to do either. Lets hope that someone can help us as soon as possible.
