Display freezes.

The presentation gateway freezes after about 2 seconds of connection.

If you have issues with the device, access the official website and flash a new firmware or flash the latest version of the firmware listed on the page. Access the page using the link and download the necessary firmware.

Note: Use the manual files to learn how to flash the firmware on the device.
