No, there is no new version that will run on Windows 10 because the software is marked as being discontinued. I have checked its official website and a generic search page was provided instead which means the domain expired without any possibility to access it. The developers are our of business.
If you have a version that works in Windows 7, transfer it to Windows 10 and apply a compatibility tweak. Right click the setup package and go to Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows 7 from the list and then tick the Run as Administrator option as well.
