According to the official website, the software won't run on Windows Server 2012 64bit. This is what is says about the product:
-All modules rebuilt to support Windows 7 (32/64), Server 2008, Vista AND earlier Windows version.
As you can see, compatibility with Windows Server 2012 is not mentioned, but that doesn't mean you can't try it.
