This means you are running the application without Administrator privileges. Close all the applications, then use Computer and browse to the CD. Right click it and choose Explore. Locate the executable that starts the application and then right click it. Select Run as Administrator and that's it. The software will start normally, but the username you're logged on needs to be with Administrator privileges.
