I have a USB Instant Video CD which suddenly stopped working. My PC uses Windows 10. I tried to uninstall and install again the relevant driver (USB instant VCD v2.5), but without any success. Would you please help me to work it out?

You've encountered issues, because it's 99 % possible your CD with the drivers is not compatible with the Windows 10 operating system. There are two possible solutions for this issue:

  1. Obtain a new Video CD with updated drivers that are developed to run on Windows 10.
Things complicate when the CD or the application on the CD is discontinued.

  2. Manually install the driver by disabling Driver Enforcement.
2.2 To disable the driver enforcement use the following instructions: press Windows + C > Change PC Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.

After you restart the PC, install the video CD and then go to Device Manager and locate the device. Right click it and choose Update driver then manually point it to the INF driver and accept the warning.
