You can't have this application on the iPad because it's not compatible with this operating system. Applications have to be developed separately in order to install them on other platforms and iPad is from Apple and uses the iOS operating system.
I have also looked on the Apple Store, and found an application you can use on your iPad. It's called iView DVR and can be downloaded using the following link:https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/iview-dvr/id459693443?mt=8
