According to various reports on the web, the program is clearly not supported anymore which means your key might have been rendered as invalid, therefore the error that causes this to happen. I have tried to reach the official website, but it's impossible since no URL is configured for the application. There are users who still use this application, but when problems arise, there will be no support, just like in this case. I recommend using LastPass instead of SPB Wallet.
