How do I use the scanner with no serial number?

I have a Scanmarker and I have not used it for a couple of years. I just purchased a new computer and went through the process of downloading the software. For some reason, you are asking for a serial number. I have no idea where it might be. What do I do?

This is a shareware application, which means you will need a license in order to activate and use it. This license can either be purchased from the scanner manufacturer or found attached to the Scanmarker product.
