Can't run MOV file.

I am trying to run an iPhone video and get still pictures off of it and I cannot even get the video to run. It is a .mov file and I need help.

The MOV files can be played with VLC Media Player and QuickTime. They're both free and can be downloaded from their respective websites.

The player you have might lack MOV compatibility, therefore the glitched playback.
