Script or debug problem.

Question

We have two laptops running Windows 7 with Firefox browser. We keep getting script or debug errors which totally stops the computer. What causes these and how to fix the problem?

I recommend installing Java Runtime as a temporary solution, but I would also advise applying all the Windows 7. You can do this using the Windows Update. If you don't know how to access Windows Update, go to Start and type Windows Update in the search box.

Apply all the updates, restart the PC and then check its behavior. This could also be a temporary error.
