Lines from custom report are being inserted out of order on refresh.

Question

When attempting to refresh a report we have been using for awhile, sorted descending by sales order (primary key), new lines that are at the end of the report in SAP are being inserted into the middle of the corresponding spreadsheet. This is an issue because there are other fields that contain formulas which have been dragged down to accommodate new lines, but since the lines are being inserted in the middle of the spreadsheet, the formulas are not being copied down.

Although the product is listed on the SAP page, there is no troubleshooting guide, manual, or at least a file to read and understand this behavior. If you have it installed, then use the page where you've downloaded and look for Help section. The Help documentation should contain FAQ related to possible issues. I would recommend a fresh install, but create backups before doing this to avoid breaking something in case uninstall operation goes bad.
