If you can't use ITA-DoXis viewer on the other machine, it means that it is using a component different than the one where it's running fine. This could be related to Windows Installer, Internet browser, ActiveX technology, different operating system. Try to make sure that when installing, the environment settings are the same as on the original computer where the application is running fine. There shouldn't be any problems at all if it's already working on a computer.
