No, it's not possible to install the NEGATOSOFT on a Mac computer, because there is no available source to download the application. I have accessed what it seemed to be official website (through archive.org website) and the site was having the same issues like it does have now. The URL can't be resolved.
If you have it on you PC, go to Help > About and note the contact options because it might be possible to contact the developers using this way.
