Press the Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc. Locate the printer in the list and make sure it's installed properly. If there is a red or yellow sign next to it, then you'll have to reinstall the drivers again. These devices come with their own CD. In case you don't have the possibility to install from Internet, then the CD solution is more than enough. After installation, reboot the PC and try to print again. In the Print window, select the printer and continue with the operation.
Additionally, check the printer for any possible errors and make sure the laser toner is in its place.
