Ministry Assistant: Why don't all my interested people show up on the list under the "Interested" tab?

How can I make them appear on the list?

I have searched various websites, but none provided relevant information related to Ministry Assistant. I do, however, found a support page where you can check for known issues related to the application and for instructions on how to achieve various things.
