Is the Scoring Assistant CD still available for purchase?

I work at Amherst County Public Schools in Amherst, Virginia. We currently own 10 copies of the WIAT-III with the Scoring Assistant CD/DVD for use at our different schools. Is it possible to purchase additional copies of the CD/DVD, or is the Scoring Assistant only available via download online? If it is available on CD/DVD, can you tell me the cost to purchase? Thanks for your assistance.
