Since there is no precise information about this, I recommend checking the Settings menu. You will find all the paths that you can use to save the data files or if the software supports automatic to browse to location. One trick I have learned from applications that allow you to use Save As is that when you use Save As, it will automatically point to the location where the files have been autosaved or will save.
