Records audio only from Mic, not speaker.

Question

I observed it when we tried to record the screen with audio, it records audio only from mic but not from speaker as well. If the person using this software wants to record video and audio with headset or earphones plugged in to the machine, it does not record audio from speaker/headset.

I have downloaded and installed the software on my computer then tried to record something on desktop with and without sound, but I encountered a bunch of errors. The software doesn't even have an interface to configure the settings for video and audio, therefore you have two options:

• Use another application like Camtasia which gives you total control over your recording.
